Nepal Hydrogeological Association (NHA) conducted one day scientific talk program on the topic “Ground water recharge processes in an intermountain basin: a case study of the Kathmandu Valley” presented by Dr. Bijay Man Shakya, CEO of S4W-Nepal. His research focuses on stable isotopes and it’s application in hydrogeology including groundwater dynamics using isotope carbon approach: C13, C14 which emphasizes for understanding the recharge process of the intermountain basin.
